Flow Proof is an educational research platform for studying institutional options flow and market activity. The Service provides tools including options scanners, flow trackers, AI-powered analysis, and paper trading simulations.
Flow Proof is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to transact. All data, scores, signals, and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The information provided through the Service is for educational and research purposes only. You acknowledge that:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Market data displayed on Flow Proof is sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data. Data may be delayed up to 15 minutes. You acknowledge that trading decisions based on this data are made at your own risk.
All content, code, scoring algorithms, and design of the Service are owned by Flow Proof LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW PROOF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
